Niedzialek's hair sculptures are an extension of the inner spirit; personalized images of Mother Earth, as she explores the interrelationships between the human head and body, nature, self, and the world.

Since 1984, her hair sculptures have been exhibited at: the Empire State Building, New York; the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Pennsylvania; and the Victoria and Albert Museum, London. In addition, she has received funding from the National Endowment on the Arts and the Pollack-Krasner Foundation.
